Our core clientele is made up of the owners and employees of family owned businesses. The suite of products and services we use enables us to assist any closely held business or individual who wants to control their financial future.
We leverage the knowledge and experience of our founders and principals: Rachel Owens and Bill Sornstein. They each have invested over 25 years working with individuals and small businesses.
Our Financial Consultant's partnership with LPL Financial, a broker-dealer, means we can leverage their resources, research and deep knowledge for your benefit. Through the LPL Financial Registered Investment Advisor program, Rachel and Bill are able to provide financial planning services as Investment Advisor Representatives.
Bill and Rachel founded both Succession Strategies and Tri-Circle Financial & Insurance Services in 2000. The services provided for businesses and individuals were merged into our new entity, Tri-Circle Financial Strategies, in 2014.
Succession planning for our business clients has long been a focus of our practice. We are pleased to announce that we have identified a fellow LPL Advisor, Tori Patrick, as our successor for Tri-Circle Financial. Tori began her investment advisory practice in 2006 and is located in Mission Viejo. Her practice supports similar clients and we believe she shares our values of service, communication and advice with integrity.
We value our continued relationship and look forward to the years ahead. Bill and Rachel are not retiring now, but are helping our clients to meet Tori and begin building relationships. Below you can find more information about our team.
